WELCOME TO BLOOMFIELD VILLAGE SOUTH HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION

The Bloomfield Village South Homeowners Association (BVSHOA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to serving the needs and interests of homeowners in the Bloomfield Village South community.

Our mission is to maintain and enhance the beauty, safety, and quality of life in the community while adhering to Bloomfield Township Ordinances. BVSHOA is committed to providing our residents with a friendly, safe, and enjoyable community that they are proud to call home.

 

In addition we want to offer support, when requested by residents, who are working with the Township Office, Building Department/Zoning variances requests, and also helping residents adhere to Township ordinances.

In past years the HOA has organized social activities to help foster a sense of community and help create a welcoming environment for all residents. Past activities have included a subdivision picnic, an ice cream social, and a 4th of July bike parade for the children of the subdivision.

 

Bloomfield Village South resident membership in the homeowners association is voluntary. Residents who would like to join the BVSHOA can email the BVSHOA Board at bvshoa1955@gmail.com for registration and dues information and volunteering opportunities.
